About Candy

My name is Candy and I own OffAssist. I've been a VA since February 2002 and work full time with my husband at it. We have been very successful and I am always being asked for just 2 minutes of my time. This is my way of giving everyone... "just 2 minutes of my time". Enjoy and please ask away!

Great video, another resource is IVAA’s Certified Real Estate Support Specialists certification.
As far as finding clients there are many networking groups for real estate agents that would be beneficial to interact on such as Active Rain, facebook, and other social networking groups and more.
First and foremost know your stuff so that you can participate intelligently.

You do not need to become Certified to become a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. If you already have the skills and have knowledge of the real estate industry and what they need, I would put together a flyer with your services/skills you are offering and either fax it/mail it to your local real estate offices/agents to let them know you are available. This will at least pick up one or two clients to start with. Then you can expand your services after that.

    Best to you and yours,
