About Candy

My name is Candy and I own OffAssist. I've been a VA since February 2002 and work full time with my husband at it. We have been very successful and I am always being asked for just 2 minutes of my time. This is my way of giving everyone... "just 2 minutes of my time". Enjoy and please ask away!

I second the Google recommendation. If you both have the login for the Google account, you can add/change/delete info on the google calendar as well as the contacts and check emails. If your client loves their Outlook, Google has an app that will sync the google calendar with the outlook calendar at designated intervals so you will always have current information. You can also set up gmail to check your clients POP3 emails (just make sure the setting leaves messages on the server for the client to get in their Outlook – unless they use gmail exclusively). Check out all the great Google Apps Sync options for Outlook! http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=153866
